At Back To Basics we are a local based family run business who offer an in-house delivery service, with B2B Drivers for our local customers. For our extended network of customers Australia Wide, we deliver using our courier service & Australia Post. To confirm which service your delivery address relates to, please use our handy postcode check function when you view your cart.
1. In House Delivery (B2B Drivers):
The B2B drivers cover the following local areas: Narre Warren 3805, Berwick 3806, Beaconsfield 3807, Officer 3809, and Pakenham 3810.
Flat rate: $8.95 unlimited weight and parcel size, (local in house delivery).
Free Delivery: Orders over $120.00 unlimited weight and parcel size, (local in house delivery).
The B2B in house driver delivers to your door.
Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Saturdays: 9.30am to 2.00pm
*** If you select to have your order delivered using our in house delivery service, please note clearly on your order where you wish for your order to be left when your not home. Please provide a secure location outside your home for our delivery drivers, that is free from pets and protected from the weather. Please feel free to note on your order an approx time you would like your order delivered within our delivery window offered above. We can not guarantee, however we endeavour to accomodate our customers where possible.
2. Courier Delivery Service
Region 1 - Flat Rate $9.95 (Up to 20kg total order weight)
Region 2 - Flate rate $14.95 (Up to 20kg total order weight)
Free Delivery - Region 1 - Orders over $150.00 (Up to 20kg total order weight)
Half Price Delivery - Region 2 - Orders Over $150.00: $7.49 (Up to 20kg total order weight)
Delivery Time Frames
Region 1 - Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (Business hours Mon - Fri) of receiving your order. Courier delivery times can vary from 2 - 5 business days depending on your location. A tracking number is provided for your reference.
Region 2 - Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (Business hours Mon - Fri) of receiving your order. Courier delivery times can vary from 2 - 5 business days depending on your location. A tracking number is provided for your reference.
If your not home to accept your delivery via Courier:
If you are not home when the courier delivers your order, you will be left a calling card so you can arrange a free re-delivery to the same address. If you wish for all deliveries to be delivered without a signature, please return the following http://www.fastway.com.au/images/legal/AuthorityToLeave.pdf.
*** On your order, please note clearly that you wish for your order to be left without a signature and where our courier can leave your order. If an Authority To Leave is not completed on file, then a calling card will be left for a re-delivery. Please provide a secure location outside your home for the courier drivers, that is free from pets and protected from the weather.
3. Australia Post Delivery Service
Available Australia Wide - Caluclated using standard Australia Post calculation charges. NO handling fees are charged. Please use our handy postcode check function when you view your cart to view costs. (Up to 5kg total order weight)
Australia Wide Orders Over 5kg - Please contact us for a personalised postage quote. NO handling fees are charged.
4. Our In-house Delivery, Courier & postage via Australia Post terms and conditions ONCE DELIVERED:
*** Please note any possibility of damage or theft of your order once its left in the designated area, is not the responsibilty of Back To Basics Natural & Organic Store, our courier or Australia Post. We suggest your delivery be properly stored as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the quality of items that are not properly stored within this period. Full cleared payment must be received by Back To Basics Natural & Organic Store before any goods will be picked, packed & delivered.

4. Delivery or Courier questions.
In most cases we will be issued a tracking number when using a courier or postage. If a parcel requires tracking once sent, please contact us, if a tracking number is available we will provide this to you. You will find our details on the contact us page.
